At Schlau Energy, we organize safety workshops for our employees and contractors to offer them the opportunity to learn how to manage the safety hazards in their work and exchange ideas bordering on work safety. In the near future, engagement will progress around Human Performance to discuss what is required for us to work safely.
To proactively, in order to protect people from harm, we started measuring the number of serious injuries and fatalities per 100 million working hours, instead of the total recordable case frequency. This new methodology allows us to focus our investigations on the most critical events, in a structured approach. Therefore, we strive to improve our preventive efforts towards serious injuries and fatalities by gathering and evaluating quality data.
